Our range of Triaxial Shear Test Apparatus is totally automated stress-path system for soils.The modules of our range like load frame, confining pressure, back pressure, pore pressure or volume change are completely controlled by the dedicated computer. The specimen is assembled in the triaxial cell and for  required parameters like strain rate, confining pressure and back pressure are programmed through the computer.

The device is identical to simple liquid limit device but is fitted with a F.H.P. motor to drive the operating mechanism of cup at 120 rpm ensuring uniformity in performing test. Works on 220 V, 50 Hz, 1 ph, and is supplied with Grooving Tool Type  A  and gauge block as per IS :9259.

 The machine consists of a hand operated load frame. The lower platen has two rollers, the distance between which is adjustable. For 150mm x 150mm x 700mm beam, the centre to centre distance between the rollers is 600mm, while it is 400mm for beams of size 100mm x 100mm x 500mm The upper platen has also a pair of rollers whose distance is adjustable. It is 200mm centre to centre, for 150mm X 150mm X 700mm.

Automatic Marshall Stability Test Machine is used to determine the maximum load and flow values of bituminous mixtures. The machine comprises of a robust and compact two column frame with adjustable upper crossbeam. The unit is a bench mounting compression frame with motor and worm gear housed within the base unit. The speed of the lower platen can be adjusted between 6 mm/min to 60 mm/min using the data acquisition and control unit. For safety, the up and down travel of the lower platen is limited the use of limit switches.

This instrument is used for determination and checking of bitumen percentage in bituminous mix, the mix is added with a solvent and dissolved bitumen is removed by centrifugal action. Consists of a removable aluminum rotor bowl, capacity 1500 gms. with a cap and tightening nut. The bowl assembly is mounted on a vertical shaft which protrudes from a cast housing. This shaft and thus the bowl is rotated fast manually by enclosed gears in the cast body and handle.

To determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand. It is a solid state block heated unit with provision for samples to be digested at a time in 38 mm. dia reaction vessels with 20 ml sample size of heat at temp. of 150??C + 1??C controlled by solid state digital temp. indicator-cum controller Micro Processor Based (P.I.D.). It has provision for 15 samples and is supplied with 15 nos. glass reaction vessels and 15 nos. air condensers. Fitted with a 2 hour timer, the samples after being digested for 2 hours can be analyzed using calorimeter or conventional titration method. To work on 220/230 volts AC.

The mixer has been designed to mix mortars and cement pastes primarily to the requirements of standards. The mixing paddle has a planetary motion and is driven by a motor with a microprocessor based speed and preset programs to meet all listed EN and ASTM standards, custom designed programs or manual mode. The mode button is used for the fast selection of different programs. The mixing paddle revolves at a rate of 140 rpm. with a planetary motion of 62 rpm. in low speed. In high speed, the paddle revolves at the rate of 285 rpm. with a planetary motion of 125 rpm.

Double wall construction, inner being made out of highly polished thick stainless steel and outer made out of thick mild steel sheet finished in stoving white enamel paint or staple mat colour combinations. The gap is filled with special glass wool for temp. insulation. The bath is provided with the drain cock to easily drainout the water and clean the chamber when required.
